As a Sport and Performance Consulting practice for the Junior Elite, we know that champions do more than just keep their 'head in the game.' Yet, even the best need a simple reminder of where all competition begins and ends: THE MIND. This mental toughness or mental edge is what defines us and sets us apart from the rest-- in sport and in life. As a team of Mental Health and Sport Psychology professionals, we excel at strengthening this trait via Mental Conditioning and Life Skills training and our various consulting services. We serve the Aventura, Hallandale Beach and Miami areas.

At Head In the Game, we believe in taking a holistic and collaborative approach to our work and provide integrative services that complement the client's health and well-being. By creating a performance profile and assessing the client's individual needs, we develop a Mental + Life Skills Training program that will re-invigorate the client's confidence and passion for the sport and ensure higher levels of performance.
